What Is A Goddess Body?

The Goddess Body Program is named after the famous Venus De Milo statue, also known as Aphrodite or the Goddess of Love and Beauty.


This statue is thought to exhibit the ideal ratios for a woman, including the coveted 0.7-waist-to-hip ratio.


There is a reason that this healthy hourglass shape is deemed attractive - more so even than a stick-figure-skinny physique. That is because a 0.7 - 0.8 waist-to-hip ratio indicates healthy hormones in the female body, especially insulin and leptin.

About Dr. Erica Robinson

Dr. Erica Robinson is a Naturopathic Doctor based in Austin, Texas, serving clients online globally. 


She holds a Doctor of Naturopathy Degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Toronto), a Health Science Degree from York University (Toronto), and is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. 


She has served thousands of patients since 2008 across 10 clinics, 1 hospital, and now online. 


She helps women rebalance their hormones and naturally shed weight. 


Dr. Erica created the Goddess Body program herself to shed weight after her first pregnancy. She is now a busy mom of four children, and having spent the past 5 years pregnant and / or breastfeeding, she looks forward to doing this effective program once more when her youngest weans.

    Yes! There is a core foundational program plus an individualized element which may include specific foods or macronutrients, food timing, meal design, optional supplements, and lifestyle / exercise recommendations. You will complete an in-depth assessment and speak with Dr. Erica to tailor the program to your needs.
  • How Do I Access The Materials?
    Via your online portal. The videos can be watched at any time, anywhere in the world with an internet connection. You can contact Dr. Erica via WhatsApp anytime during your four month program.

  • What Will I Eat on the Program?
    On the weight loss portion of this program you will eat lean proteins such as chicken breast, lean steak cuts, and fish; non-starchy vegetables; select whole fruits, coffee, tea, water etc.

    On the weight maintenance portion, a low-starch, whole-foods nutrition plan is recommended most of the time. You will be giv en specific methods to nip weight gain in the bud if it happens.
  • How Does The Weight Loss Happen?
    The basis of this plan is short-term caloric restriction done in a way that won't have you feeling hungry or losing valuable muscle mass.
  • Do I Need to Do Labs / Bloodwork?
    Dr. Erica can recommend and offer lab testing tailored to your unique situation but this is optional and not necessary to achieve the weight loss results of this program.
  • How Can I Maintain My Weight Loss?
    The easiest and most effective way to maintain your weight loss is to eat a low-starch, whole foods based diet most of the time. It helps to incorporate regular physical activity.
